Please come to the DVC Cashier's Office located in the Student Services building near Admissions and Records. Bring your student ID card for verification.
The Cashier's Office accepts:
- Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards only.
- Check, money order, or cashier's check, drawn on a U.S. bank payable to Diablo Valley College.
The Cashier's Office accepts payment in U.S. dollars only.

Payment Instructions
Log in to your student account. Select the Make A Payment tab and choose TransferMate from the dropdown menu.
If "Add a Payment Method" appears, you are on the wrong screen. You are currently on the screen for saving a credit card or bank account (ACH) payment method to your profile. To continue with TransferMate for international student payments, bypass this screen by selecting either "Don’t Remind Me" or "Remind Me Later".
Once you bypass this screen, you will be able to select "Make a Payment" and then select TransferMate from the drop-down menu.
