Summer Counseling
If you are a recent high school graduate, please meet with a counselor through the COUNS-095 summer class to create an education plan.

Please note that summer appointments are limited to the following groups:
- Veterans and dependents needing a VA Educational Plan (VA paperwork is on file at the DVC Admissions Office)
- Incoming transfer students
- Returning DVC students who did not attend the spring 2025 semester
- College students enrolled in a DVC summer class
- College students needing the Maximum Time Frame Appeal for Financial Aid
- College students on Dismissal status

We offer in-person and zoom/phone drop-in sessions (10-15 minutes for brief questions). Please call our office at 925-969-2140 to be placed on our drop-in list or use the button below.
